Let's Design Together: Layla Grace

For new readers, a few months ago we began a project to design my own little office, one piece at a time. The rugs got held up and were back ordered for a few month  (I am blaming this on your fabulous taste). They are here now and we are ready to share step by step photo of decorating the office!!
For those of you decorating a space at home- please feel free to follow along and share your opinions and experiences as well. I would love to know if you are following along or taking inspiration from our project.

Here we go! It all began with an empty room and a screen.
Layla Grace was the first company to suggest an item.
They suggested a few screens- and you voted on this gold one. Meg then suggested we find a few gold gilded mirrors to fill the space next to the screen...
The following week, I let all of the readers vote on rugs. We ended up with these two
First of all thank you for choosing this unique jute with chevron details. You know how I adore chevron. This one came from here.
A metallic cowhide is layered on top to keep the same neutral tone, but add a mix of texture.

Feel free to follow along and decorate with us! Hope you like the space so far!
