If these photos of Mary Helen Bowers by Christian Witkin in this month's Women's Health don't inspire you to shape up for Spring- I don't know what will. So beautiful.
I thought so too! I bought the mazagine after I saw it-- she is so beautiful, in such a toned and attainable way (really? Okay, maybe not that attainable, but I work out... :) ). I love WH and SHAPE. Those magazines are addicting even if they say the same thing over and over... Have a great week!
They TOTALLY inspire me. I'm actually taking Ballet to try and get into shape after having my baby. I haven't seen Black Swan yet, but when I heard this gal trained natalie, I totally wanted to join a class to try and get that ballet figure. Thanks for sharing =)
Aside from those positions making my back hurt just looking at them (Lol), they are gorgeous. My legs will never be that long (I'm pleasantly petite, I say), but having them nicely toned is doable.
I just might jump on that thing I refer to as the 8 foot elephant in the room...our elliptical machine. :)

yep- Mary Helen Bowers trained Natalie Portman. This was such a great feature on her in Womens Health.
