Happy New Year

Wishing a very Happy New Year to my friends, family and clients this year.

2010 was a year I won't forget- Thank you for helping me turn my career into what I have always wanted it to be. I am glad it inspires so many of you and that you enjoy following along in my travels and inspirations.

Because of my unique job, I attend many events , press walks and launches. One event I was sad to miss this month (event was in CA) was the William Rast for Target event. Some friends sent along some photos after the party for me to share with you.

The clothes and venue looked amazing. Next time I hope I can make it.

I was going through the prefall collection this week for a project and spent an extra 20 minutes looking at the Elie Tahari collection. Something about this collection is very me- if you know me personally you'll agree. Not sure what it is exactly , but I love it.

Want to say the very biggest thank you to my new friends at Gotham mag for including me as one of there It Girls in the December issue. I had the pleasure of being dressed up in rock and roll glam for this fun shoot. The pictures came out so amazing! SO fun.

Yesterday, my friends Beka and Kimberly of Styled Creative asked me to participate in a photo shoot FULL a sparkle. Together, with Nicole of Red Balloon and talented photographer Alison Conklin, we took over Trust in Phila and the girls filled it with glittery decorations. Here are some behind -the scenes photos. Making scents

Thank you to the team at anthropologie for inviting me to learn more about Le Labo at a small gathering in nyc last week. I was in town and had the chance to stop by this private event to meet the creators and learn more about the perfume.
After meeting while creating scents for Georgio Armani, creators Fabrice Penot and Edouard Roschi , founded Le Labo.  Anthropologie and Le Labo collaborated to create 5 scents that will be carried in the store.
While I love unique scents, and the look of the bottles and candles (bottles were designed after an old poison bottle), I was sold on the solid perfumes. They make a great holiday gift and are perfect for travel.

Thank you for having me, Anthropologie! Have you seen or smelled the new Le Labo collaboration in stores? Do you think any of the unique scents are "you"?

As you know, I've been a busy bee. But promised myself one holiday decoration a night so I don't get overwhelmed by the holidays (and so it's still fun). This weekend I made a cinnamon wreath for my kitchen.
it. smells. amazing. thinking if I change out the ribbon- this could be a year round decoration. yum.

 While putting together  some picks for another blog yesterday- I came across what is now my favorite bathroom. ever.

Check out this adorable paper doily wreath. you can find the how to at Martha Stewart. I have not had much time to decorate so I promised my self one decoration a night. This will be a good one! (And collecting the doilies will be just as fun?!
