urban decay. for everything actually! they are cruelty free which is a must for me and they have the most colors you will find anyway. also their bit fatty mascara is to die for!
i've enjoyed bobbi brown cream eye shadows for a while (NARS makes great ones too)...but definitely make sure to check the mirror every hour or two, as cream shadows have a way of settling into eye lid creases. if you're not careful, you'll end up with striped eyelids!
A makeup artist used Bobbi Brown cream eyeshadow in Aqua. I resisted at first because it took me back to junior high and swimming pool blue eyes. But it really looked nice on me. I am blonde with medium complexion. It is my go-to shadow.
you can also use bare minerals eyeshadows and use the "foiling" technique where you wet your brush and pat on the eyeshadow and build it up to the look you are going for...this also reduces creasing you often get from cream shadows;)

My all time favorite summer cream shadow is the YSL! It does not MOVE in the most humid weather. The best!
