I do enjoy seeing brights come don the runway and on photo shoots.

    i'm like you in the sense that i'm pretty conservative with my makeup ~ but i DO appreciate seeing it on others! ~ love the bold color!

    For some reason I can't get even heavily-pigmented color to pop on my skin. It's always muted or faded. Odd! Would love to be able to pull of the top pic.
