I have lip stains in bright poppy red, deep red orange, and the most popular shade: a deep berry. And I wear the stains most in the spring and summer.
Don't be afraid of the deep color of the stain when you purchase. The lip tints will give you just a bit of color. My favorite thing about these? They look purposely imperfect.
What color stain will you try?
I've never tried lip stains, the CG ones remind me of markers, so I'm a bit hesitant to try them. I'd probably go with the Sugar Plum lip balm and that'd be my adventure with lip stains :)

I have a Stila stain in Pomegranate Crush and I love it! I've also heard good things about the CG stains, but haven't tried them yet.
