this week's makeup inspiration

    Beautiful! This is actually how I prefer to do my makeup. I have green eyes, so I do bolder eye makeup so they pop and really soft, neutral lips.

    i actually was just working out a very similar look for myself. i have a black tie gala to go to on saturday night, so i was trying on different makeup looks at home for myself yesterday.

    another way to get a very similar smoky eye is to use:

    chanel ombre essentielle soft touch (in vert khaki) chanel ombres contraste duo (in taupe delicat)
    chanel ombre d'eau fluid iridescent eyeshadow (in river)

    all of those go on very smoothly and have a beautiful pearlescent finish (never tacky and overly glittery)
