giveaway! stella and dot

I am still here in NYC for fashion week- but thought I would take a break from show posts for a moment to say Happy Valentines Day...with a giveaway.
The lovely Ashley T, of stella and dot has teamed up with our blog for an amazing giveaway. I personally love that stella and dot has a mix of fun and playful pieces - and also offers many things you can wear everyday.

I chose these simple and sparkly earrings for the giveaway because I feel like every woman needs a pair like this, not only for special occasions, but for everyday wear...     Love these earrings! I would wear them with my favourite green summer dress from Armani Exchange (an unreal find). Paired together make you feel summery and special!!

    DREAM: A Beautiful floor length oyster coloured creation from Elie Saab's Haute Couture Spring 2011 collection.

    REALITY: Clean and simple, faded boyfriend jeans, a striped navy & white nautical t-shirt with a simple blazer, my favourite pumps, ( a glass of bubbly in my left hand) and a huge smile!

    OhH la LA!!! I LOVE them! I've always loved Stella and Dot! I would wear it with a flowy boho type dress with my hair in a side messy bun with some fun bangles and boots! Gotta stay true to my Texas roots :-)

    Oooo I love those earrings! I would definitely wear them with a pair of loose-fit jeans (cuffed to the ankle) a white v-neck pocket t-shirt tucked in with a fun belt and a pair of sky-high wedges! Maybe a cropped blazer thrown in for good measure! :)

    I love wearing earrings like these to dress up an outfit.For spring, I would pair them with a brightly colored plaid linen button down, my favoirte white cotton tailored shorts and silver ballet flats!

    what an awesome giveaway! i just finished knitting a tweedy cream colored cable sweater, so i would wear that with some black pleated shorts, and a pair of black house of harlow moccasins i just bought.

    i love that necklace...i would pair it with a crisp white scoop neck tee and some baggy green khaki shorts with a brown weaved belt and a blush colored blazer with taupe colored tie up platform wedges and a straw fedora. lol too much?lol

    Even though these earrings are simple I would wear them for my wedding this spring. I need something elegant and simple with my dress and these would be perfection! They are also "everyday" enough that I could wear them again and think about my wedding with each wearing!

    they really do go with just about anything. and as my sister is getting married in late spring, i think they'd be the perfect accessory for her simple dress!

    and i'd then have to buy the charlotte pearl ring for myself. love it!

    They seem very versatile but I think they'd be quite ace with dark-wash tooth pick jeans, a white button up, a teal cardigan and my favorite nude oxfords.

    I would wear these with a vintage turquoise bathing suit and a soft gauzy white shirt layered on top. Then I would put some bright coral lipstick on, grab a cocktail and my cat, lounge in front of my window when the afternoon sun is at its highest, and dream, dream of summer!
