    Hi Dallas:

    That fabric is an old ikea duvet cover. It is believed to have been designed by Cath Kidston. Sorry I wasn't much help, but I have seen some fabrics very similar online.

    I wish I was more help! I know what it is like when you see something and you waaant it so bad ;)
