see this little guy? He will be in the very bottom corner of my new promo cards and he'll look just like this but in another color. What do you think he should say? You pick, anything! Here are some examples to get your creative brains moving:
"Hiya!"
"dang"
"rubbish."
"dang"
"rubbish."
it will be really really small, hardly hardly visible, so it will have to be ONE word. GO!
I like rubbish!
ReplyDeleteOf those three words, I'd go with "rubbish". I've always like that word. :D
ReplyDeleteIn the spirit of rubbish:
ReplyDelete"bullocks!"
"bugger"
Oh, I love this! I am obsessed with hedgehogs so obviously am quite smitten with this design. Hmm...as for the first word/phrase that I imagine being in the bubble is "good day!". I know that is cheating and two words but it is what came to mind.
ReplyDeleteha, this is too funny. I imagine in my mind if he says good day he needs a top hat! which is do-able, lol
ReplyDeletei love rubbish, but my inner-marketing self thinks you might not want to associate that concept with your work. i think dang would be cute as in 'dang, dallas is good'.
ReplyDeleteHa so cute! I personally love "dang" because it makes me giggle.
ReplyDeleteWhat about "Oooh.."
"Howdy"
"'Ello"
I don't know! But either way I'm sure it will be great!
hahAA! ello gives him an accent. That worked out for the lizard!
ReplyDeleteall of these are fabulous so far, just keep them coming. I wish you were all in my art classes for brainstorming purposes.
I love hedgehogs....
ReplyDeleteI also like "dang" (I've recently started saying it all the time, thanks to my Texasn hubby I think). But I'll also suggest:
ReplyDeletebooyah!
lucky
thorny
:)
i dig booyah , alot. Maybe even "geez" ?
ReplyDeleteLike everyone else, I do like dang. How about..
ReplyDelete"jeepers"
cool beans?
ReplyDeleteanyone seen hotrod?
dang. I love my tshirt, by the way. I'll try to get pics next time I wear it.
ReplyDeleteO Hai.
ReplyDeleteLMAO
How cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat is the little guy supposed to be anyway? What about a sound that he makes...like "toink" or "squack" or "rrrrooof"?
For some strange reason, the first thing that popped into my mind was "CANDY!"
ReplyDeleteThen again, maybe I'm just hungry. I like Jeepers and Good Day too, hedgehog + tophat = awesome.
1. eh?
ReplyDelete2. crikey.
3. drr...
4. hi.
I am kind of leaning to a simple 'hi' just because it's cute and he's cute. [And yes, I know I'm showing my Canadian colours with the 'eh' but what can you do?]
Please make sure you let us see the final product!
I like "Hola!" or "Tag!"
ReplyDelete'ahhuummm...'
ReplyDeletethis is the best. I've now decided whenever I need to brainstorm I am doing it all right here. I laughed right out loud when I read CANDY!
ReplyDeleteooh I like "ello" that someone mentioned....
ReplyDeleteothers include:
who me?
huh?
I guess I like questions...
how about:
ReplyDeletegeesh
pssst
phew
muah
If we're going with words we like the sound of, can I nominate "smidgen"? It's just such a perfect word, and would be great for a little guy like that.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'm thrilled to have found people who like hedgehogs as much as I do.
I like:
ReplyDeletehi
heart
yes
wow
love
ta-da
yay
spiffy
rad
tick
sparkle
